About Duo Training

Couple training or with a friend of colleague of choice. A a fun way to exercise, but also very beneficial way of training. While training together you naturally have motivation to push each other during training. Build better bodies together as well as a stronger relationship/friendship. Whether you and your training partner are already active or new to training, your PT will develop custom exercise plans tailored to your needs as individuals and as a couple. Your trainer will create a realistic and sustainable plan to help you reach your goals.
