I am a highly motivated Personal Trainer with 10 years experience. I design fitness/exercise programs to each client based upon their fitness and body composition goals. Knowledgeable in multiple training techniques. Have also competed in professional American football and NFL regional camps.

Experienced in multiple sports, circuit training and specialize i obesity prevention and injury managment and prevention. I am passionate about the fitness industry and I am comitted to improving the health and well being of individuals.

Career History

Worked in the fitness industry since 2005. Trained many athletes from children to professional levels at multiple Athletic Performance Training Facilities and Universities. Also trained U.S. military Special Forces, such as Navy Seals and Recon Marines. Began studying Human Anatomy and Sports Science at Fresno State & Southwestern College. Continued studying Psychology and Criminal Justice at Ashford University. Also played collegiate football and competed in NFL regional camps.
