As a RÆDY Ambassadeur, I recognize the struggles of the young generation growing up in the midst of a social media landscape seemingly creating new types of pressure and stress, with pandemics, environmental concerns, and international conflicts.
Research show that this young generation has the least positive life outlook of any generation to date. The rates of of anxiety, depression, and distress are higher and the emotional and social well-being is lower than in older generations.
I am a RÆDY Ambassadeur, and as such, I recognize the struggles of the young generations of today and:
- I will focus on providing messages of gratitude and growth in others so more can live healthier, wealthier, more fulfilling, passionate and purposeful lives – and so they can also help others do the same.
- I will use my platform to try to provide fortitude to struggles and a more positive life out-look in the young generations.
- I will share about my struggles in life, the life beyond the spotlights and social media accounts. I will be a human being; sharing, caring and giving of myself.
- I will take part in core RÆDY Ambassadeur activities, e.g. recording of content such as video and pods in which I can share my story, organized events IRL, and organized events or communities online.
