We have found over the years that there are many ambitious young players who want to or try to practice over the summer, but often they do not know HOW to train properly. With our program, we hope that many players will be inspired to practice better and know what to do with (at least some) of their time during the summer.
Each session consists of exercises estimated to take some 90 minutes all together (however, the time will depend on the age and level of the player).
Each exercise is laid out complete with description and video and/or pictures.
