is that arena and that experience.

There are many players with potential and ambition to make it well beyond the youth years. Knowing who will become an elite level player is difficult to say the least in youth years.

But even though having the grit and knowledge of how to train year after year and honing the skills that might bring excelled or break out success at some point requires positive feedback and being exposed to the highest levels and achieve threshold experiences. Today, that arena is almost exclusively limited to the national team. But those expose perhaps 12-15 players to new experiences, often being early developed players or players perhaps having skills beneficial for youth basketball and not necessarily next level.

We need a wider tip of the spear, a widened top of the pyramid, and be able to expose more players to threshold experiences.

What is RÆDY™ Selected?

RÆDY™ Selected is:

A four day camp for players having been invited specifically, perhaps of recommendation or tip from club coaches

The standard Selected camp consist of 25 boys and 25 girls in the age of 14-15 or 16-17



Starting the camp, tests from NBA Combine will be copied and executed and documented in a Raedy player registry for follow-up

The camp will consist of two training sessions per day and individual plus one theory session for all players

Scouts from NBA, colleges, and Europe clubs will be invited to scout players for future opportunities

Selected will expand its concept into including also international players, combining RÆDY network reach to make the experience even better for all and also bringing in players from RÆDY Beyond Border camps.
